I am cooking using Instant Pot a lot lately. I just ‘discover’ that Instant Pot is a go-to if I want to have a super quick juicy and tender ribs. It takes about 1 hour or so to prepare this Instant Pot St. Louis ribs. The shorter time of cooking does not affect the result.
