Dumpling is ready… My little girl is always the first one to sit by the dining table as soon as she hears the word Dumpling. I kid you not, this pan-fried pork and shrimp dumpling or guotie (鍋貼)or potsticker or mandu, however you want to call it, is one of her favorite food. She asks
