Refreshing Banana Plum Smoothie
The easiest healthy breakfast idea that can be made less than 5 minutes. This banana plum smoothie also needs 3 ingredients only and tastes so delicious. Perfect for busy morning! The key for this quick fix is that you freeze the plum and banana ahead of time. Usually, I would just freeze a bunch so that I have plenty of supply to make different blended drinks, like this blueberry banana smoothie. The frozen fruit can be stored for up to 4 months or so anyway.
However, if you do not have frozen plum and banana, and would like to use fresh fruit instead, you can do so by adding some ice when blending. This method will also result in just as perfect banana plum smoothie as using frozen ones. Oh, did I forget to mention that this banana plum smoothie is also a great natural way to cure constipation?
Tip:
- For best result, use really ripe banana as the sweetness is mostly from banana. But you can also add sugar if it’s not sweet enough.
- If you want the smoothie to be creamier, use full-fat milk.
- For lactose intolerant, you can use Soy or Almond milk instead.
Ingredients:
