Delicious Oven-Baked Barbeque Pork Ribs
Fall off the bone, juicy, finger-lickin’ delicious and melt-in-your-mouth! Yes, this is that kind of pork ribs recipe that the crowd cannot resist. Perfect for your game night, party, or even your regular weeknight meal. This barbeque pork ribs recipe is really hard to mess up with that I can confidently say that it’s definitely a no-fail recipe. Each time I make it, always comes out super tender, juicy and infused with all the seasonings.
Moreover, this oven-bakes barbeque pork ribs is super simple to make. All you need is time to ensure that the ribs can ‘slow-cook’ in the oven. It’s probably going to take around 10 minutes top for preparation – clean the ribs, mix the seasoning, rub onto the ribs, then bake, open the foil, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce, bake again and done! Simple, right?
Tip: You can add one teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the seasoning for an extra kick to your mouth-watering BBQ pork ribs
Ingredients:
- 1 rack St. Louis style pork ribs
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Directions:
- Remove the tough membrane of the pork ribs and divide into 3 equal portions.
- In a mixing bowl, add cumin, garlic powder, paprika powder, sea salt, pepper, oyster sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Mix it well.
- Rub the seasoning to all the three pork ribs evenly on both sides.
- Preheat oven to 300F.
- Line the baking sheet with an aluminum foil. Place the ribs on top of the foil and completely cover it.
- Bake the ribs for 2 hours under 300F.
- Once it’s done, take it out from the oven. Uncover the ribs. Be careful of the heat.
- Using a brush or spoon, spread the BBQ sauce evenly all over the ribs surface.
- Bake for 15 minutes under 400F.
- Let it cool down for about 10 minutes. Then, on a cutting board, cut the ribs in between the bones for individual ribs.
- Serve and enjoy with your favorite side dish for a complete meal!
