Crispy Salt and Pepper Pork Belly

The other day I got a good deal on pork belly at my local grocery store and I bought a lot. So, I have to put on my creative hat on how to make different dishes out of it. While I can just marinate the pork belly with a bit of salt and pepper and just grill them, I would like to do create something new with it. Then… it’s becoming crispy salt and pepper pork belly dish.

Crunchy Salt and Pepper Pork Belly

I should say, ‘WOW’, this recipe of Crispy Salt and Pepper Pork Belly turns out to be a bomb, as in a lot of explosion of awesome goodness in a single dish. Pork belly by itself, with just a little of preparation is already flavorful enough. However, in this recipe, the pork belly is crunchy outside but juicy inside added with a hint of salty and slight of spicy flavor. You can also add different sauce onto it, just like this pork belly with Gochujang sauce. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Yum!

Well, let’s get cooking, shall we?

Tip: The pork belly should be fried well and cook long enough to make sure that it is totally done and of course, crispy. The longer it is being fried, the crunchier it will be.
