Blueberry Banana Smoothie
Unbelievably creamy and smooth, it is an ultimate bliss to have this blueberry banana smoothie in the midst of summer’s heat wave. I usually make lots of blended drinks during summer, especially the blueberry banana smoothie, because: 1. It is hot, and I need some refreshing drinks and 2. All kinds of berries are usually in season during summer so it is inexpensive in summer. So, I would buy the berries in bulk, eat some fresh one and freeze some to make blended drinks. The berries are good for months when you put them in the freezer.
This blueberry banana smoothie is one of my favorite slushes to have during summer time. It is super-duper easy to make, only needs 3 ingredients, and it takes less than 5 minutes. All you need is put blueberry, banana, and milk in a blender, blends until smooth and voila, the smoothie is ready!
Tip:
- For best result, use really ripe banana as the sweetness is mostly from banana. But you can also add sugar if it’s not sweet enough.
- If you want the smoothie to be creamier, use full-fat milk.
- For lactose intolerant, you can use Soy or Almond milk instead.
- If you want to use non-frozen fresh fruit, add some ice when blending.

Directions:
